– Stocked with a range of equipment including weights, boxing ring, boxing bags, spin bikes, treadmill, matted area and a rock climbing wall
– Two toilets/change rooms (one disabled access with shower)
– The gym owner will still have full use of the gym and equipment for him and his clients
